Crisis Resources

If you, or someone you know, are in crisis right now or experiencing extreme distress with your mental health, please visit one of the below resources or telephone one of the helplines listed here. A mental health emergency ought to be taken as seriously as a physical one. You will not be wasting anyone’s time.

We would like to remind you that you do not need to be actively suicidal to be deserving of support when you are distressed. Helpline numbers such as Samaritans (116 123) are there for you if you need to talk to someone when you are deeply suffering with your emotional health.
