Expertise with lived experience at its heart

Insight People Can Feel.

Miranda Arieh is an award-winning mental health educator, motivational speaker, BBC broadcaster, trauma-informed practitioner and singer-songwriter based in Leeds, working throughout the UK.

Her work combines professional expertise with the insight that comes from lived experience of complex childhood trauma, neurodivergence and navigating the mental health system from a young age. She makes difficult subjects understandable without flattening their complexity—bringing warmth, humour and honesty into conversations that can too often feel clinical or inaccessible.

Whether she is speaking to a television audience, training an NHS team, teaching at a university or standing onstage with a guitar, Miranda creates spaces in which people remain engaged, feel safe enough to think differently and leave with something genuinely useful.
